    Winter go -to in Coastal NC

    I love these dresses and this makes my third. I wore the other two all fall through now and love them. I was hesitant on this one because the color looked springy. It went on final sale and I went for it and thought I could always save it until spring. In person the blue is a little deeper and just gorgeous- not too springy after all. This dress material is not as thick as the Bodie flannel, these are more poplin (think mens dress shirt weight). I keep both styles in my closet because of our varied winter temps here. I bought a medium, my usual Toad & Co size. I am 128 pounds, 34 DD with an hourglass shape to help similar gals with sizing. These dresses are comfy and flattering and long enough to wear on their own for me. Where I live we get surprise 60 degree days throughout the winter and these are perfect with boots on cooler days and sandals when a bit warmer a 3- season dress here. Just not for our summers. 😆

    Smaller plaid print. The colors are true to image. I do prefer the.dress without the belt. I have found that they all fit a bit differently. This particular dress was looser and most comfortable.
