I really love my wrap, but the inconsistent sizing is frustrating. I tried this on locally in a size small and it fit perfectly. But when ordered online in a different pattern, it was too small, a completely different fit. I had to order the other pattern from Title Nine instead, leading to unnecessary refund fees. I would like another one, but I don’t want to keep paying $8 for refund shipping costs since it seems to be a toss up whether it will fit or not.

I adore this sweater coat. It’s my 4th Heartfelt hoodie because they are perfect in so many ways. It is warm, comfy and stylish. I get so many compliments every time I wear it. I’m obsessed. I also truly appreciate how awesome your customer service is when I wanted to size up. Thank you for being and amazing company and providing such quality clothing 🥰
